Siemens launches North America support center

Siemens Medical Solutions said it will be opening its new North American customer support organization on October 3 this year.

The regional support center (RSC) in Cary, SC, will join two other RSCs in Europe and Asia, which serve as knowledge hubs for Siemens' customer support engineers, according to Malvern, PA-based Siemens. Along with Europe, the U.S. site will be the second fully operational RSC, with the opening of the Asia-Pacific RSC site planned for next year.
