Imaging equipment services firm HealthMed360 has purchased the assets of fellow equipment services provider Vector Medical Imaging.
Vector focused on the repair of high-failure/high-end diagnostic imaging replacement parts, including various CT and MRI computers, workstations, patient table pumps from GE Healthcare, cylinders, and motors, as well as other electromechanical repairs for GE, Philips Healthcare, and Siemens Healthineers, HealthMed360 said.
The deal includes Vector's tools, test equipment, and inventory, according to HealthMed360. Vector President Jim Pike will stay on as HealthMed360's senior computer and electronics engineer.
