Computed radiography firm Orex Computed Radiography USA of Auburndale, MA, has hired Scott Evers as vice president of North American medical sales.
Evers will be responsible for managing the company's sales and distribution strategy in North America, which relies on a mix of OEM partners, value-added resellers (VARs), and distributors. Evers will also lead the company's push into new markets, such as the orthopedics, chiropractic, and mobile imaging segments.
Prior to joining Orex, Evers was executive vice president of sales at AuntMinnie.com of Tucson, AZ. He also held executive-level positions at film scanner and CR developer Lumisys, and teleradiology software company CompuRad.
