Interventional technology firm Medtronic of Minneapolis has completed its purchase of CryoCath Technologies, the company said.
The deal is valued at $325 million. CryoCath deposited more than 41.1 million shares, or 96.3% of its total, before Medtronic's offer expired on Monday, Medtronic said.
