Philips Medical Systems will show an upgrade of its EnVisor system, with six new transducers for small parts, vascular, OB/GYN, and cardiology applications.
New controls feature one-button automatic Doppler waveform analysis for consistent real-time measurement, and image optimization to reduce keystrokes and improve image consistency, according to the Bothell, WA-based vendor. Online trending capability is available with the OB package.
The system also comes with new pan and zoom capabilities, a new cardiac LVO contrast package to more clearly define the left ventricle, and Asian and Russian language interfaces. The list price ranges from $50,000 to $150,000, depending on configuration.
Philips also will show the Express 2004 upgrade to its HDI 4000, giving faster 3-D, better resolution, and enhanced OB trending and reports, according to the firm.
