SonoSite, Aloka ink partnership for Japan

Compact-ultrasound developer SonoSite has signed a distribution agreement with Tokyo-based ultrasound provider Aloka.

The deal designates Aloka as the Bothell, WA-based firm's exclusive distributor of its Titan systems for all of Japan's clinical ultrasound markets, including cardiology, abdominal, vascular, ob/gyn, and emergency medicine.
