Toshiba, Thomas Jefferson start education service

Toshiba America Medical Systems and the Jefferson Ultrasound Research and Education Institute (JUREI) of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia have initiated a new educational service for Toshiba customers and staff.

JUREI will hold a series of education programs to provide general and advanced ultrasound training for the Tustin, CA-based firm. The program will launch in early 2005 for new Toshiba staff, and will be extended to customers during the first quarter of 2005, according to the company.
