Siemens ships Acuson X300

Siemens Healthcare of Malvern, PA, has begun shipping its new Acuson X300 PE ultrasound system for cardiovascular and general imaging applications.

The unit features color and power Doppler, 2D-mode imaging, and steerable continuous- and pulse-wave Doppler capabilities.

Acuson X300 PE also offers comprehensive cardiac assessment through Siemens' syngo Velocity Vector Imaging (VVI) technology for detailed assessment of myocardial mechanics, and syngo Auto Left Heart with progressive pattern recognition to measure ejection fraction.
