Misonix secures Chinese distributor

Therapeutic ultrasound developer Misonix has signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Chinese medical device firm Shandong Weigao Orthopedic Device Company.

Under the deal, Weigao Orthopedic will have exclusive rights to market and distribute the Misonix BoneScalpel ultrasonic bone cutting system in the People's Republic of China, Hong Kong, and Macau for an initial period of five years, Misonix said.
