Siemens adds 3-D display

Siemens Medical Solutions of Malvern, PA, will introduce an 18-inch medical grade 3-D display at the 2003 RSNA meeting in Chicago. The multiuser display, Extreme 3D Display (X3D), is available as a result of an exclusive cooperation agreement between Siemens unit Siemens Automation and Drives and 3-D developer X3D Technologies of New York City, according to the vendor.
