Imaging software provider Cedara Software has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with IBM China, committing both companies to jointly explore and identify opportunities in the Chinese market.
Under the terms of the deal, IBM and Cedara will develop a channel strategy. Both firms will promote Cedara software and IBM hardware, as well as integrate it with their business partners’ technology, according to Cedara of Mississauga, Ontario.
