AccuImage names Faliks as CEO

Imaging software developer AccuImage Diagnostics of South San Francisco, CA, has selected Aviel Faliks, Ph.D., as its CEO.

Faliks joins the firm from New York City where he has worked in asset management in for the past several years, said the company. Leon Kaufmann, Ph.D., former CEO of AccuImage, will continue as head of research at the firm.
