Siemens Healthineers has completed the first U.S. installation of its Artis pheno robotic C-arm angiography system.
The recipient is Michigan Medicine, an Ann Arbor-based academic medical center operated by the University of Michigan.
Artis pheno is designed to broaden clinical and surgical capabilities and expand patient access while combating patient infection. The system's expanded weight capacity and enhanced flexibility in table positioning allow clinicians to increase the types of patient cases they can take on and interventional procedures they can perform.
