The American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) reported that six of its members were elected or appointed to the AHRA 2004-2005 board of directors and will be installed during the organization's annual meeting in Boston this August.
Lynn McVey, administrative director-radiology at St. Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ, has been elected as the 2004 president-elect/2005 president, according to the Sudbury, MA-based group. Jay Mazurowski, CRA, radiology administrator at Concord Hospital, Concord, NH, was appointed finance director.
The AHRA has also elected four of its members to serve on its board as directors at large. The new directors are Deborah Clark, senior radiologic technologist at Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo, NY; Stephen Clevenger, radiology manager at Emory Crawford Long Hospital in Atlanta; Hazel Hacker, business manager for Edison Imaging Associates in Edison, NJ; and Debra Lopez, CRA, FAHRA, diagnostic imaging director for Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, CA.
