Imaging services provider Alliance Imaging reported second-quarter revenues of $109.5 million, up 3.9% compared with the $105.3 million reported in the second quarter of 2003. For the period (end-June 30), the Anaheim, CA-based vendor had net income of $11.7 million, compared with net income of $5.7 million a year ago.
Alliance Imaging also raised its guidance for its full-year results, and is now expecting 2004 revenue to range between $424 million and $432 million, up from previous estimates of $410 million to $420 million. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) is expected to reach $164 million to $168 million, up from prior estimates of $150 million to $156 million.
