Group purchasing organization (GPO) Vizient has appointed a new chief marketing officer, Dan Salzman.

Prior to this position, Salzman served as senior vice president and business unit CMO for Hewlett Packard's Workforce Solutions division. Over his 16 years at Hewlett Packard, Salzman also served as global head of media, insights, and data science and CMO for the Americas.
Salzman holds a PhD in social/personality psychology from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
