Canon Medical Systems USA is partnering with the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) for the latter's Living Our Legacy campaign.
Canon is donating $250,000 to the AHRA in a five-year commitment, contributing $50,000 each year through 2028. This money will support initiatives such as the Putting Patients First Program, for which the AHRA will award five $10,000 grants to support projects in diagnostic imaging, pediatric imaging, and radiation safety. Grant recipients will also publish their findings in AHRA publications.
Over the past 14 years, AHRA's campaign has raised more than $4.3 million and supported 74 grants in total.
