Trilogy of Fallot:

Clinical:

Trilogy of Fallot consists of and ASD, pulmonic stenosis (which is usually valvular), and right ventricular hypertrophy. As a result of the pulmonic stenosis, blood will be shunted from the RA to the LA.

X-ray:

On CXR there is prominence to the main pulmonary artery due to dilatation beyond the valvular stenosis, with decreased pulmonary blood flow. A prominent pulmonary artery segment is usually associated increased pulmonary blood flow- ie: ASD, VSD, PDA.
