Toshiba Medical Systems reported that it has sold five of its 64-slice Aquilion CT scanners to BMI Healthcare of London.
The product will be installed in five hospitals in the U.K., beginning with the Alexandra Hospital in Cheadle this month, according to the vendor. Other facilities scheduled for installation this year include the Bath Clinic in Bath, Blackheath Hospital in London, Meriden Hospital in Coventry, and Priory Hospital in Birmingham, Toshiba said.
