Int'l Isotopes earns ISO certification

Radioisotope manufacturer International Isotopes has received international standards certification to manufacture its nuclear medicine products and devices.

The ISO-9001 and ISO-13485 certifications cover the manufacture and design of many of its nuclear medicine and cobalt-60 products, according to the company. In a statement, President and CEO Steve Laflin said that the certifications are important to the company's plans for continued expansion of sales of several products into international markets.
