Imaging services firm RadNet plans to begin offering scans throughout its network with Amyvid, the PET radiopharmaceutical from Eli Lilly for the detection of Alzheimer's disease.
RadNet has established an Amyvid reading protocol, with two radiologists who are certified to read the scans independently interpreting each study. A physician's referral is required for Amyvid studies, according to RadNet.
