Health Management Corporation of America, a wholly owned subsidiary of MRI vendor Fonar, has sold all of the issued and outstanding stock of A&A Services, a physician practice management services organization in Queens, NY, that manages four primary care practices. The sale was made to the former owners for a purchase price of $3 million, according to Melville, NY-based Fonar.
