MRI-compatible device firm Biophan Technologies has appointed John Lanzafame to the newly created position of COO. Lanzafame has been president of Biophan's Nanolution drug delivery division since September 2004.
In other news, the West Henrietta NY-based firm has appointed Dr. Stephen Curry to replace Lanzafame as president of its Nanolution division. Curry comes to Biophan after stints at AstraZeneca and as an adjunct professor of pharmacology and physiology at the University of Rochester in Rochester, NY.
