MRI-compatible device firm Biophan Technologies said it has reduced the size of its board of directors from seven to five members to have a majority of independent directors. The move was necessary to satisfy one of the qualifications for listing on a major national stock exchange, according to the West Henrietta, NY-based firm.
Dr. Michael Friebe and Robert Bramson have agreed not to stand for board re-election, Biophan said.
