Medrad and GE Healthcare have introduced an endorectal coil for 3-tesla MR imaging.
Available for GE's Signa HDx 3-tesla MR scanners, Medrad's 3.0T Prostate eCoil is designed to produce MR images for targeted prostate cancer treatment, according to Medrad of Indianola, PA, and GE of Chalfont St. Giles, U.K. The coil is available through both Medrad and GE sale representatives.
