Progressive MRI of Falls Church, VA, has acquired nine imaging centers in Maryland from Medical Resources of Bloomfield, NJ.
The purchase agreement was completed May 19 for an undisclosed price, and Progressive has already taken over administration of the centers.
Progressive MRI now owns 28 imaging centers in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
