A Florida radiology practice is suing two Pennsylvania MRI centers for more than $68,000 due to nonpayment, according to a report in the Pennsylvania Record.
American Radiology Technologies of Pinecrest, FL, filed suit February 14 in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas against Extremity Imaging Partners and Extremity MRI of Wexford, PA, claiming that the two centers owe for services rendered between October 2017 and January 2018, the Record reported.
American Radiology Technologies has been providing radiology services to Extremity Imaging Partners and its other facilities since 2004, the complaint said.
