The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared the Zoom image processing software application from Zetta Medical Technologies.
The MRI software algorithm enhances image quality and image optimization of short scanning techniques. The software is vendor-neutral, working with all MRI systems from all major vendors. Its core algorithm was designed to help MR imaging departments automatically process all MR imaging techniques, including time-sensitive short scans.
Zoom uses standard DICOM communication protocols to receive and process data and automatically transfer the enhanced images to PACS.
