Strong sales of its patient vital signs monitor helped propel MRI accessories developer IRadimed to robust growth in revenue and net income in its second quarter.
For the period (end-June 30), the vendor generated $7.4 million in revenue, up 34.5% from the $5.5 million reported in the second quarter of 2017. The company's patient vital signs monitor produced $1.5 million in revenue, compared with $300,000 in the same period a year ago, IRadimed said.
IRadimed had second-quarter net income of $1.4 million, compared with net income of $357,000 in the 2017 second quarter.
