Intraop nets $3 million in financing

Intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) developer Intraop Medical reported that it has entered into a $3 million inventory financing and factoring agreement with E.U.C. Holding and E.U. Capital Venture.

Under terms of the agreement, the venture capital firms will advance Intraop up to $3 million on a revolving basis for use in financing inventory to build its Mobetron IORT device and to finance sales contracts for shipments of the product outside the U.S., according to the Santa Clara, CA-based firm.
