Diagnostic Ultrasound aids hurricane relief

Ultrasound technology developer Diagnostic Ultrasound and its employees have contributed more than $17,000 to help victims of Hurricane Katrina, the company reported.

The Bothell, WA-based firm said it provided a special matching fund for employees, matching $2 for every $1 donated by employees to Americares or Northwest Medical Teams for Katrina relief.
