New customers for Medical Imaging Systems

Imaging equipment distributor Medical Imaging Systems of Shelton, CT, has installed eight computer-aided detection (CAD) systems from iCAD of Nashua, NH, at sites in Connecticut.

Robert D. Russo, M.D. & Associates (in Fairfield, Bridgeport, and Stratford), Radiology Group (in Hamden, Branford, and New Haven), Radiology of Essex, and St. Mary's Hospital in Waterbury received CAD units, according to MIS.

In other MIS news, the firm has received an order for a Shimadzu YSF-300i digital fluoroscopy unit from Laurence & Memorial Hospital in New London, CT.
