Driven by growing demand for medical 3D printing services, 3D software developer Materialise said it's investing in additional medical production capacity for its U.S. operations.
The expansion supports the firm's ability to provide a complete range of 3D surgical planning options, as well as the capacity to expediently provide anatomical models in the U.S. market, Materialise said. The company said it has also released a new version of its software aimed at clinicians who wish to use 3D printing in their case planning.
