(Booth 7139) Look for Visage of Carlsbad, CA, to feature new developments for its Visage CS Thin Client/Server software at radiology's showcase meeting.
Visage will announce several improvements and new tools for clinical applications, such as CT/MR angiography, stent graft planning, cardiac analysis, neuroradiology, oncology, and virtual colonography.
The company also will highlight the advantages of the Visage CS thin-client configuration, in which imaging facilities can purchase and maintain one server-based system without worrying about the cost and upkeep of multiple workstations. The server system also can be scaled to grow with increasing imaging demands, the company said.
In addition, Visage will emphasize the workflow benefits of its software. Visage CS offers workflow scenarios that link e-mail messaging in live "work sessions," enabling clinicians to share key images and postprocessing results and giving data recipients more flexibility for reviewing the results. The software also facilitates communication across the borders of multiple departments and physical locations.
