Advanced visualization software developer Vital Images has received a five-year contract from the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, the purchasing entity for the U.S.
Under the five-year deal -- valued at up to $100 million -- the Canon subsidiary will be supplying the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies with its radiology and imaging systems, maintenance, and training services. The contract also includes a five-year option.
