Under terms of the deal, Amerinet members will be able to purchase Nashua, NH-based iCAD products at preferred pricing. The nonexclusive agreement includes all iCAD film-based mammographic CAD systems, as well as its new TotalLook system, the firm said.

The Amerinet-iCAD purchasing agreement becomes effective November 1 this year and extends through October 31, 2008.
