Internet-based medical coding technology and services provider CodeRyte of Bethesda, MD, will demonstrate its new angiography coding tool at this year's RSNA show.
The application automates coding for angiography by assigning medical billing codes directly from the free text of a medical record, displays a summary table and anatomical diagram for each note in the report, and then rank-orders all applicable relative value units (RVUs).
The company said that the tool is currently available in the U.S. and is targeted toward the interventional radiology practice.
