RadInfo Systems of Dulles, VA, will debut its PowerPACS/RIS, an Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE)-compliant application to support structured reports.

PowerPACS/RIS performs basic RIS workflow functions for scheduling, admitting, ordering, and reporting. The product is an enhancement of the PowerPACS suite of image acquisition, distribution, viewing, printing, and archiving tools, RadInfo Systems said.

Workflow management is customized at each site according to individual client specifications. The Web-enabled PACS/RIS software also eliminates the need for brokering products, according to the company.

A complete RadInfo Systems turnkey PowerPACS/RIS is available for purchase in U.S. and international markets, with entry-level pricing under $100,000. The price includes maintenance and 24/7 support for the first year.
