The indicted ex-officers include former Medical Manager CEO Michael Singer, former Medical Manager President John Kang, and former Medical Manager CFO Lee Robbins. No member of Emdeon's current management team has been named in the alleged improprieties, according to the Elmwood Park, NJ-based firm.
The indictments relate to accounting improprieties involving dealer acquisitions and other revenue recognition matters at Medical Manager Health Systems between 1997 and 2001.
