Laurel Bridge Software plans to introduce new standalone enterprise modality worklist software at the upcoming Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine (SIIM) meeting in National Harbor, MD.
The Waypoint Consolidated Modality Worklist is an adjunct to the company's Navigator Imaging Retrieval Workflow Manager, and it allows imaging facilities to improve clinical quality and staff productivity, the company said. It can be paired with Laurel Bridge's Compass Routing Workflow Manager to integrate any point-of-care images such as ultrasound.
An initial installation of Waypoint is underway at MedStar Health in Washington, DC, with an expected launch in June, Laurel Bridge said.
