Epsilon Imaging, Digisonics join forces

Cardiac image analysis software developer Epsilon Imaging and image management firm Digisonics have formed a partnership.

Under the deal, Digisonics will now offer Epsilon's EchoInsight analysis software with strain imaging as an integrated option on its DigiView enterprise cardiovascular information system.

As a result, clinicians will be able to utilize EchoInsight strain imaging capability with automated cardiac function measurements generated based on guidelines from the American Society of Echocardiography, according to the vendors. In addition, serial study comparison capabilities will be available in DigiView.
