Healthcare information technology consulting firm Xtria (formerly InformaTech) will design and implement a $10 million PACS and telemedicine network for Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Boston. In a three-phase project, Dallas-based Xtria will integrate PACS with radiology and hospital information systems to provide radiology images, administrative, and patient information directly to staff workstations, according to Xtria. Once the project is complete, Xtria will provide ongoing system administration, user training, and maintenance services.
