Cardiac image management firm Heartlab said it's increasing the capacity of its StoreSafe DVD archive using double-layer DVD technology from PowerFile of Santa Clara, CA.
The new StoreSafe DVD archive has nearly twice the capacity for cardiology images and information compared with previous Heartlab models, according to the Westerly, RI-based vendor. StoreSafe can also archive and access images on single-layer DVDs, Heartlab said.
