Kodak, SSI create co-marketing venture

Eastman Kodak Health Group and billing application developer The SSI Group of Mobile, AL, have signed a co-marketing agreement positioning each company to promote the medical imaging, information, and software products of the other to diagnostic imaging centers throughout the U.S.

SSI will refer diagnostic imaging center customers interested in purchasing Kodak's RIS/PACS offering -- either as an integrated suite or as individual systems -- and related professional services to the Health Group sales force.

Kodak will refer its diagnostic imaging center customers interested in acquiring SSI's ClickOn software solutions and related services to SSI, according to the Rochester, NY-based company.
