RIS and PACS developer Merge eFilm reported record revenues and profits for its fiscal 2005 first quarter (end-March 31).
Milwaukee-based Merge said net sales for the quarter were $10.5 million, an increase of 22% compared with net sales of $8.6 million in the same quarter last year. For the period, net income shot up sharply to $2.1 million, compared with net income of $1.4 million booked in the first quarter of 2004.
The company reaffirmed its 2005 guidance to grow revenues 30% to 35% year over year to a range of $48 million to $50 million.
