Canadian imaging software developer Cedara Software of Mississauga, Ontario, said it has received a final order from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice approving the plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act to effect Cedara's merger with RIS and PACS developer Merge eFilm of Milwaukee.
Merge shareholders earlier this week approved the merger of the two firms. The transaction is expected to close June 1, and is subject to customary closing conditions, Cedara said.
