RIS/PACS firm Guardian Technologies International has raised approximately $2.4 million through the exercise of warrants from a 2004 private placement.
The funds will be used for research and development initiatives that will advance the deployment of the firm's technology to additional market opportunities, as well as support an increase in technical staffing and ongoing working capital requirements, according to the Herndon, VA-based vendor.
