Indian PACS and teleradiology firm i Med Stream Technologies will be debuting its MagicBox offering at the India Medicare 2005 show this week in Bangalore.
Available for use with non-DICOM CT scanners, MRI scanners, and radiography/fluoroscopy systems, MagicBox includes a DICOM conversion card, a streaming engine for teleradiology, and a DICOM print option, according to the Bangalore-based firm. It also includes an auto SMS feature, which alerts the remote radiologist for reporting purposes. It can also alert patients when reports are completed, i Med Stream said.
