Digital radiography (DR) developer Imix Americas of Sterling, VA, has signed an agreement with RIS and PACS vendor NovaRad of American Fork, UT.
The deal gives NovaRad the right to offer Imix's DR and detector technologies as part of its product suites. NovaRad will sell and support Imix's products under the following brands: NovoRad DR System, a retrofit for a community hospital x-ray room consisting of a detector, x-ray table, console, collimator, and workstation; Slimline, a slim-panel detector available in bucky-mounted and tethered versions; and Intuition, a dual-detector DR system that incorporates a motorized vertical stand and tube crane.
NovaRad will offer the products in the U.S. and internationally.
