Carestream Health plans to highlight upgrades to its DRX-Evolution Plus x-ray room at the upcoming RSNA meeting in Chicago.
The upgrades include a flat tabletop that allows patients to be moved more smoothly to an x-ray table and a rotation tray for more flexibility in facilities that use only a 35 cm by 43 cm detector, according to the firm. DRX-Evolution features a modular design with generator, overhead tube, wall stand, and detector options. It supports patients up to 705 lb, Carestream said.
